1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lejur One, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms, plan limits, or notices shown inside the service.

If you use Lejur One on behalf of a company, firm, client, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity and to manage the users, data, and integrations connected to that entity.

2. Nature of the Service

Lejur One provides cloud accounting, GST, inventory, voucher, approval, reporting, support, mobile, billing, and AI-connected workflows for Indian businesses and accounting teams.

Lejur One is a software platform. It does not provide chartered accountancy, audit, tax, legal, investment, or financial advisory services. You remain responsible for reviewing entries, reports, filings, and decisions with qualified professionals where required.

3. Accounts, Companies, and User Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, configuring users and roles properly, reviewing access periodically, and promptly removing users who should no longer access company data.

Company owners and admins are responsible for the accuracy of company setup, masters, ledgers, vouchers, tax configuration, opening balances, imports, attachments, approvals, and filings generated using the system.

Web sessions may be subject to single-browser or single-tab controls. Mobile sessions may use MPIN or biometric unlock where available. Security controls are provided to support safe access but do not remove your responsibility to secure devices and accounts.

4. AI Connectivity and AI Output Disclaimer

Lejur One may support AI-connected features, including Lejurly, Magic Extract, voice workflows, natural-language financial reports, anomaly detection, and external AI integrations such as Claude, ChatGPT, GPT-4o, Perplexity, MCP, OpenAPI, OAuth, or similar bridges.

AI features may process company data, vouchers, reports, ledgers, attachments, prompts, and related context to produce responses. External AI tools are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy policies, processing locations, retention practices, and limitations.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading. You must independently verify AI outputs before using them for accounting entries, statutory filings, client communication, tax positions, business decisions, audit work, or compliance actions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, external AI bridge access is intended to be read-only and user-authorized. You are responsible for deciding which AI tools to connect, which users may authorize them, and whether the resulting output is appropriate for your organization.

5. Data, Imports, and Reports

You are responsible for the data you enter, upload, import, scan, approve, or connect to Lejur One. Imported data should be reviewed for completeness, classification, duplicates, mapping errors, and tax treatment.

Reports, dashboards, balances, GST summaries, TDS registers, inventory views, receivables, payables, and financial statements are generated based on available product data and configuration. They should be reviewed before reliance or filing.

6. Plans, Launch Access, Billing, and Limits

Plans may include limits for users, companies, storage, AI usage, Lejur Mudra, features, integrations, and support. Starter, Growth, and Enterprise may be offered free for 3 months as a launch offer, and commercial terms may change as payment collection is introduced.

We may update pricing, plan features, usage limits, or availability with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated commercial terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Lejur One, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected components, abuse AI or support systems, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You must not use Lejur One to generate fraudulent books, misleading reports, unlawful filings, or deceptive financial records.

8. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Some features, including AI bridge, mobile workflows, support automation, imports, diagnostics, and launch pricing, may be beta, experimental, or subject to change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lejur One and its developers, owners, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We are not liable for decisions made from unverified data, AI output, incorrect setup, user error, unauthorized access caused by user-side security failures, third-party outages, statutory filing mistakes, or external AI provider behavior.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, misuse, legal issue, unpaid commercial obligation, or violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Data export, deletion, and retention are handled according to the Privacy Policy, product capabilities, legal requirements, backups, and operational constraints.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the product evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the website, product, email, or other reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

For questions about these terms, contact Lejur One through the website or support option inside the application.
